Just about now, I was supposed to have a scheduled meeting, but never received an invitation. They don't really speak English, and they were having hard time understanding what I mean with only deciding on meeting date.That's too many red flags for something as important as accounting.

They scheduled an online meeting to discuss my needs and said they would give my a quote for the work to be done. In the end, I never heard of them even after I sent them emails. In conclusion: this is a company that is not to be trusted.

A non professional organization that can not keep meeting obligations, then when finally taking the meeting (even though scheduled with Bruno an accountant), he decided not to attend again and assigned a receptionist who had not read the file which I sent and instead tried to up sell services I did not request. She committed to them quickly returning a quote. After 10 days I contacted them they responded finally they will not provide a quote. Do not trust these people, They do not care to your request only how much they can upsell and apparently having all the paper work made in advance and asking only to have them register does not meet the threshold of their attention, or deserving to be treated with respect or professionally

I’m not convinced by their service. Communication can be improved; slow and not reliable.After changing the accountant they don’t send all documents I need and don’t reply anymore. Absolutely unprofessional.
